I got my fundraising start in employee giving. It was a great place to learn about fundraising -- the messaging, the planning, the stewardship. I was good at talking with different departments about the impact of their giving and enjoyed the work.

But these days, I don't feel the same about employee giving as I once did. 

And that's ok. Once we give ourselves permission to re-think our fundraising channels and strategies, we can start to do more for our mission and our community.
